WHAT TO DO NOW...

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Dear CAST MEMBERS,

Most of you have turned in your CD MUSIC or YouTube Link to Mr. Tyler or Mrs. Wasmer (Truman) or Mr. Madry (Sperreng). Thank you! If your ACT has not turned in your CD or given a YouTube link, then DO THAT NOW!!! Above is a VIDEO for you to view on how the PERFORMANCES will go on the day of the shows but the following are the basics.

On the performance day:

1) Arrive in Mr. Madry's Sperreng Room 220 directly after school. TRUMAN kids can ride the SHUTTLE to Sperreng for 3pm shows.

2) Check in with the STAGE MANAGER by the STAGE DOOR in Mr. Madry's room 220.

3) The SHOW LIST will be POSTED and will also be in the PROGRAM. 

4) When the PREVIOUS ACT exits Stage Right, you should GO ONSTAGE from Stage Left (Mr. Madry's Room) and STAND ON the "X". If you need a MIC, there are TWO MICS on STANDS near the STAGE STAIRS. GRAB a MIC and LISTEN for your MUSIC. 

5) PERFORM your ACT and BOW when FINISHED. REPLACE MICS and EXIT the STAGE (Right Side into the HALL)

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

You are NOT required to come to ANY of these IF you send in a COMPLETE VIDEO of your PERFORMANCE. HOWEVER....The following REHEARSAL OPPORTUNITIES are AVAILABLE if they fit into your schedule... (Again, you do not have to stay the ENTIRE TIME!)

Sunday (9/8): Sperreng 9am-11am
Monday (9/9): Truman Cafe during Lunches and 2:40pm-4pm (Deadline for music link or CD)
Sunday (9/15): Sperreng Little Theater 9am-11am

Friday (9/20): Truman Cafe during Lunches and 2:40pm-4pm
Sunday (9/22): Sperreng Little Theater 9am-11am
Monday (9/23): Sperreng Little Theater 2:40pm-4:00pm
